Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and scale data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and data teams to design personalized customer journeys, run experiments, and implement growth hacking strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys rapid experimentation, and is passionate about increasing customer engagement and conversion through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using tools such as WebEngage or Braze.
- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to test and validate new campaign ideas, channels, and funnels.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, creatives, customer journeys, and incentives to optimize conversion rates.
- Leverage customer data, behavioral analytics, and segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with product, growth, and data teams to define KPIs, attribution models, and dashboards for campaign effectiveness.
- Map out and enhance customer journeys by developing effective communication touchpoints throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms like WebEngage or Braze.
- Strong knowledge of growth hacking frameworks, rapid experimentation, and funnel optimization.
- Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing.
- Experience working with CRM systems, CDPs, and customer segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design and execution.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management abilities.
