Role Overview

This is not your typical product management role. As our Associate Product Manager, you’ll solve complex, high-impact problems from first principles, rapidly prototype ideas, test them with real feedback, and work closely with design, engineering, and operations. You’ll join a high-growth AI startup, help modernize the collections industry, and be part of a tight-knit team where ownership and impact come first.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of product initiatives—from defining problems and prototyping solutions to collaborating with engineering for launch.
• Work closely with our Product Lead, gaining hands-on experience while managing real-world complexity across internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and experimental AI systems.
• Create clear product specs, user stories, and documentation—but more importantly, ensure we’re solving the right problems.
• Partner with design and engineering to run lean sprints that prioritize learning, speed, and iteration over polish.
• Gather insights from internal teams, clients, and data to inform product direction.
• Contribute to ClearGrid Command (SaaS platform), our Agency Model, and the internal tools that power our operations.
• Be on the lookout for emerging tech, AI tools, and scrappy prototyping platforms that can give us a speed or leverage edge.

Requirements

• Are fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written) – mandatory.
• Are based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Have 0–3 years of experience in product management, startups, or a highly analytical, problem-solving environment.
• Think like a builder—you love digging into messy, ambiguous problems and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Have some technical fluency—you can talk APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineers.
• Are curious about AI, automation, and how technology can reshape real-world industries.
• Don’t wait for instructions—you’re proactive, resourceful, and able to figure things out independently.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where done is better than perfect, and learning beats ego.
